Yesss,today i own and play a S-90

Hello,

Today it is my lucky day.
I got my dads '71 Guild S-90 (60993) as a gift.(he doesn't play anymore)
My unkle bought him in New York around 1989 for $ 300.- and shpped it to Holland.
In Holland the S90 felt and broke his neck.
While the neck was repaired a fire broke out in the musicshop.
Luckily he survived and I am the owner now.
This 40 years old guitar plays even better than my "86 Fender strat.
Interested in the history of Guild I checked this site and i like it.

My S-90 was '71 I think. I traded it last year, and will be regretting that one a long time. It probably could have used some bridge work, but had the two best sounding Guild humbuckers I've come across yet. Unreal tone. Good luck with yours, and welcome.
