Hi everyone. Here's my Aristocrat project . It all started with a 1950's headstock overlay. Laminated spruce top , Honduras mahogany flat back, Will carve the three piece neck this weekend

Thanks everyone for all your support in this project. I didn't get to the neck, but I did manage to get my Aristocrat bound.
With the tape off , I will let the celluloid breath for a day or two before I scrape the binding. I have found an old narrow Brazilian board
that will look the part.

Wow...are you building a flattop version? If not, where/how did you get a laminated arched top?
