Well after falling in love with my first Guild (JF30-12), I had to find out what all the praise for the F512 was about. Fedex delivered a new F512 today. Holy cow, what a glorious sound comes out of the F512. I have only had it for a couple hours, so not more than that to report yet. Very gorgeous guitar.

How could you not like the way it looks. If it sounds as good as it looks (and sure it does), you might break your all time high of consecutive minutes/hours played. Just as an eye popper!!

I'll need a few days to catch my breath. So far it is much better than I expected. Youtube videos, even with good headphones plugged in, do not do this guitar justice. I have never seen one first hand. I am blown away so far.

I always loved how you can tell that that's a classic JBL L100 speaker in the ad. I had a similar experience the first time I heard a pair of them!

Yep, that's how I felt when I got mine. Wow. Unlike Sandy though, I won't be selling my JF30-12. It's really special, too. Major congrats, Budha! There's nothing like a jumbo F512!

Thanks for all the comments. I don't plan to sell the JF30-12. Both guitars are very special and unique. I feel very blessed to be able to have two such special guitars to play everyday.
