I would say that this Guild is in very good condition.
Few love bumps & nicks.
Neck angle is good.
Not much fret wear but some in first 3 frets, the cowboy chords.
You probably already know about the DV series, but I will list some info.

To me, they made fancier DV's, but not any better! The silking on that Spruce is incredible! And I like the ones like this with the abalone rosette. Earlier ones had herringbone, which is nice, but this is better to me. Good luck with the sale!!
