late to the party, but here is my D46L. It's definitely not a museum piece, but it sounds fantastic! It has to be the best player I have by far! It's loud, rich and deep. A real cannon. Doesn't favor the highs or lows, just balanced.

I was lucky to find a factory lefty.

I'm really pretty good at resisting guitars. There are tons of nice ones around and available. I'm strong. But if a D46 came up near me for a decent price, it would be rough..... REALLY rough. I love the wood and I love the sound. They're unique and special.
