I once closed a dresser drawer with a cat sleeping in it, unnoticed by me. She slept for several hours so it wasn't traumatic for her but I certainly learned my lesson.Yeah,
Don't leave dresser drawers open. I have several pix of my cats lounging on my sweaters. Wife say that'll teach me.
How'd she get out or how did you find her? Lots of noise and screaming??I once closed a dresser drawer with a cat sleeping in it, unnoticed by me. She slept for several hours so it wasn't traumatic for her but I certainly learned my lesson.

So typical.....I have suppressed the memory but I think we went looking for her because we could not find her. I do remember opening the drawer, she looked at me, stood up, stretched and jumped out.
Yep. Probably looked at you w/ a “Time to eat, huh?” look. And that was all.So typical.....
Is that alligator custom shop case super heavy, GAD? I recall one of mine being very hefty.... Not that kitty minds.
Black snakes are in the king snake family which will eat copperheads. But..depending on subspecies, they can be either quite timid and easily handled...or they can be complete bastards and want to strike anything that comes near...so I just leave them alone. I did pick up a garter snake in my yard just last week and walk it across the street to a wooded area. Otherwise my lawnmower may have done him in.When they start to rattle.... I get worried...
No I like snakes.... the cool ones.... they can be whatever but you need them to keep the HIDEOUS ones away.....Black snakes are in the king snake family which will eat copperheads. Ok, back to cats.
I was moving some of my guitars around last weekend and can confirm that my Guild alligator ”custom” cases definitely felt heavier than the same size “regular” Guild hard cases. I had not noticed before but after moving a few around it stuck in my mindI'm not really sure but if I remember later I'll do a heft-test.
When I had my 1995 JF-30-12, the prior owner had put it in one of these cases, and -- well, let's say -- it made an impression. I was curious if they were all built that way or mine was unusual.I was moving some of my guitars around last weekend and can confirm that my Guild alligator ”custom” cases definitely felt heavier than the same size “regular” Guild hard cases.
