I'd say that's more of a "sign of the times" than an "el kabong."
Is that somewhere on display? i..e "art"? In the trash somewhere? I'd love to know the backstory on that!

Mounted on a building wall, maybe above the entrance of a music store? Alarmy shows it was taken in 2012 in Brighton UK. But I couldn't find more so far.

Ouch! But not terminal. My G37s repaired headstock break from 1992 ... shown as of last year. It was broken clean off also.

The 12 strings will exert a lot of tension on the break site, and despite the rather large surface area to be glued, I suspect that to be completely stable, this will require more than just that.
