Interesting that this is supplied without any description.Is it some sort of pickup attachment?
It would attach to the headstock or the soundhole and usually goes into a guitar tuner. I've seen them also available from various Chinese suppliers with a bunch of little adaptors.
But also quality tuner manufacturers like Peterson or KORG supply such things:
