Is it some sort of pickup attachment?
Interesting that this is supplied without any description.
It would attach to the headstock or the soundhole and usually goes into a guitar tuner. I've seen them also available from various Chinese suppliers with a bunch of little adaptors.

But also quality tuner manufacturers like Peterson or KORG supply such things:

It's a simple pickup. It can plug into a tuner or a phone, eliminating the background noise that would be picked up by the device's microphone.
Ahh, yes, thank you so much! It is for tuning, plugged it into my boss chromatic tuner, clipped it on headstock, voila! Can’t believe I didn’t think of it sooner. A million thanks!, that’s why I came here to the forum, you guys rock!👊🤘

Yes, thanks! Wish they would have included a what’s what in the least, but this is now making things easier, fantastic! Oh and the Guild D1212 is amazing, I just love it!

Hey B-man!! Not to worry. I woke from a sound sleep and logged in and I don't know. But so many people here do. if anyone can answer your question, these guys/gals can. I love the MTBP cloth!! And although it's my stupid woke up at midnight post.... someone east coast/insomniac person will be along soon. Now back to sleep.... but tick, tock, tick, tock. you'll have your answer soon. I'm curious now what the hell that is..... (y)

Congrats Boneman! That’s a fine looking Guild. I’ve not played a hog top 12 but I bet it sounds great. Enjoy!

Beautiful guitar. And from the online reviews I have seen, a great sounding one as well.

I had the 6 string version years ago, a GAD model, that I foolishly sold just to finance a J-45. It sounded extremely good, not just 'good for the price'!

Thanks Mikey. Hey Mikey, he likes it! (Haha, Life cereal). Well I will say after playing it for the last week, it flat out does sound great. It handles hard strumming without getting muddy and articulates single notes very well. It’s not jangly, definitely warmer than my old spruce + rosewood 12 I have. The neck profile is very comfortable, and it’s stunning to look at! It makes me want to play and play and pretty much kinda hard to put down at the moment. Guild made a winner here, and I highly recommend it to anyone on the fence about a 12. :)
