We just received a shipping damage repair back from Kim's Guild in house shop.

We had a peek in the door of the shop when we were there mid April.

Kim, great link and very very nice work!

I suppose we will have to find a butchered Jet Star or something so your men can get their teeth into a Guild, eh? :) :) :)

Kim,
I have a '77 G312 that bought after the broken head was repaired. I have been trying to get a new face plate and have not had much luck so far. I could send it to you, but would really prefer to let my luthier that repaired the head and filled the 3 one quarter inch holes the guy drilled to "Lag bolt" the head together. It didn't work of course.

This is what the head looks like now.

Here is a shot of the repair.

Well, here is a suitable candidate, although priced to high at this point already...

Can't you just see her with three P90's and a Bigsby? Or perhaps a combo of HB and P90's, very Steve-Miller-"Sailor"-cover-ish?

Ah, we can dream...

It was dropped off on a Friday and it was ready on a Weds.
For tech reasons they needed to use and over sized rosewood bridge.
Sounds great ..... this may best sounding 12 I have ever heard

Charlie, What do you guys think about stickying a thread in Tech Shop, so the NH contact info can be publicly available?

I have no doubt that Guild / Kim did a terrific job on the repair.

Just curious -- how do their prices seem to you?

I just bought a 1967 D-50, which I'm thinking of taking by this week.

Thanks!

The prices are inline with what repair person with a waiting list and reputation might get.
