West, they're using the back press for the F-512M right now. Used to be the F412. Not sure what other guitars, if any, they're using it on.
Oh cool. That is something that's pretty unique to Guild it seems, an Ovation (but better) made of wood. I've always loved Guild arch backs. Thanks Thomas.

I love what Guild does with black finishes on their acoustics. they are so dang striking.
congrats on the D25, this looks like a total keeper and another example of this iconic yet simple yet powerful yet humble model.

how I still do not own an arched D25 is quite beyond me...

Wow, that's just a beauty!! I love black guitars and that one's really nice. The rosewood bridge (I keep saying) is so nice!! Congrats again. Glad you could get this one!! (y)

Isn’t it? I haven’t shown the nasty side crack. It’s now stable but could have been done a little better. I’m going to look into having it touched up a bit. There is a bit of a finish crack on the upper bout side opposite the bad crack. I’ll probably suction cup pump some glue into that one myself just in case. Those flaws don’t bother me much. Most of my guitars are older than this and have a lot worse (repaired) issues.
