i have to pay the return shipping. The shipping to me was free, so if I pay the return shipping i end up losing money. If I have to then I'll just bite the bullet and lose the shipping cost but I want to see if I can avoid losing that dough. Funds are very short!

Sorry about that...bummer. Can you say whether it fits the '74 M-75?
Thanks.

I would think it would definitely fit the vintage M75 since the body is smaller than the reissue. I had a Blues 90 case, both reissue and vintage fit in it but the reissue was smaller and it fit less snug in that case. I think this case would fit your vintage M75 fine.

btw I am selling the case I got, let me know if you are interested.

Probably not ready to pull the trigger yet...unfortunately paying off Christmas bills this month has put a damper in my geetar related purchasing for now. :-(

well good luck in your search! i just got a call from a guy on craigslist who wanted the case and he has already come by and picked it up. Quickest turn around I have ever had on EBay.

Luckily I am getting back the Blues 90 case that I traded away my B90 in, it was a real good fit for the BBird reissue

CSquare, fwiw, The widest dimension of the vintage M75 is 13 3/4...this case is just a hair over 13 1/2 at it's widest point so a vintage M75 would fit much better than a reissue.
