I went to one of Neil Young's Bridge Benefit concerts he holds there outside at some place in San Fran...
I have been to a couple of them way back when, I think this was either 1990 or '91.
Anyway, Edie Brickell comes out with an acoustic and a harmonica and plays some songs. I think she was dealing with big stage fright issues at this time. Something about that happened...then she married Paul Simon and vanished from public view.

but she was great an really funny and animated, but during a song, she inhaled something from the harmonica. Like some debris or tiny ball inside of it, I have no idea how harmonicas are designed but she had to stop the song to clear it out....

I am glad she found her way eventually, just in general. She was so popular back then.

Fine video - untill the very end - where they're advertising . . .

Sort of spoils all you've seen and heard so far.

richard,
Interesting.
I could never stand his droning, depressing, monotone dirges.
And in my opinion, of all the songs he composed, "Hallelujah" was the worst.

Oh no!!!!! It sounds like you will not be attending my next Birthday party, right???

No seriously, everybody has their own tastes and likes I guess. But, in his defense, he must have done something right. That is likely one of the most covered songs ever and by superb musicians of many genres.

richard,
I wasn't holding my breath waiting for an invitation, especially if one of the highlights is to be a medley of Mr.Cohen's music.

We all have varying levels of musical anhedonia, that is clearly visible.

Inability to derive pleasure from music.
