I don’t recall if I saw this here or elsewhere, but it fits.

My daughter recently got a new job and was concerned because the previous person had left stuff behind indicating that she had been fired. When she asked her boss about it her boss said, the previous person was basically fired for being a flake. So I showed her this.

Thankfully my daughter has trouble understanding how anyone could be like that, but the flake problem is real.
