I have a feeling Gary is up anyway...

The only difference I'm aware of is the fact that the quote now looks "prettier" because they've gone to gret lengths to pull out the QUOTE tags from being seen.Major thanks, Gary. Was "reply (with quote)" always like it is now?
I don't even know what that means, but it's funny, John.....Fuzzy Pots. That's my take-a-way.
I have not really figured out how I can quote one single post
multiple times in my reply in order to answer questions question by question. Once one quote is done you can't really copy it. I obviously need to play a bit to figure it out how that "Toggle multi-quote" works
now.
No, that does not work correctly as in your above example the Name of the person who made the statement is not shown.Ralf, you can do it a reply by putting your cursor in the quoted region and hitting the big double quote button between media and insert table in the formatting bar. Then you can put newlines in the text and then point to the paragraph and hit the double quote button again for each quote.
So if I wanted to create an amazing online presence I'd build myself up to impress everybody?? Or no......
Did the size of photos to be posted get reduced? I am not allowed to post one of my larger GoG instrument photos. It's 2724KB, is that over the limit?
Drag and drop seems to work for me, but I can't say if that's a result of fixing Grot's issue.Toggling the BB code options also makes it easier to edit quotes and display interleaved responses. If the default could be a user preference, I'd set it.
But the reason I am here is that I can't insert photos as I used to. In the Guitar humor thread I tried to drag a photo into the editing area (nope) and press the image icon (which did nothing). I had to press attach files and then insert. Slight possibility that my new computer is to blame but since the browser and settings are supposed to be unchanged...

So, one way to accomplish this is to copy the quote, use the "insert quotes" button, then scroll up and do it again.
Sadly, it does not allow you to copy the same quote twice within the same buffer, nor does it allow you to paste it twice from the same buffer. I think this might be a case of "make it look/work better for the average user at the expense of power users" kind of thing.
