I'm not about to bid on either of these, but I have a question :
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1998-Guild-X160-EXC-/220865570506?pt=Guitar&hash=item336c9d26ca
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1998-Guild-X160-Cantina-Blue-NM-/220865751481?pt=Guitar&hash=item336c9fe9b9
The same seller is selling both, and both are supposedly from 1998 - but was Guild/FMIC building these in Corona already in '98?
The blue one clearly shows a Corona label.
I have a feeling (unconfirmed) the Corona built archtops, X160's, X150's are true 16" guitars, and the Westerly built ones wereactually 17" bodies, despite the 16" description in the literature at the time - and both of these look like 16" bodies to me, as far as I can tell from looking at the pics.
