Another logical way to designate "senior members" is to first determine if they're AARP-qualified.

It's the costume. They're s'posed to be wearin' a costume now.
It's one more way we can distinguish ourselves from the AGF.
Over there they have superfluous moderators.

btw, "Senior member" status is conferred if you answered "yes" to "Have you ever had a senior moment?" on the registration questionnaire.
Obviously all the senior members did, since we don't remember doing it.

Hold that thought. There are an awful lot of features where we are using the software's defaults, even though we might eventually do our own customization. The titles fall into that category, but they are unlikely to get much attention until the migration is complete, which it isn't.

Been that way for quite a while, perhaps even longer than me. He has been a voice of reason behind the scenes, often making sure Moderation is not USA-centric.

And, in case anyone is wondering, no, I don't know what the difference between a moderator and a super moderator is.

I'm assuming that a moderator is locked into a specific sub-forum, whereas the super-mod can moderate in any of the sub-fora.
